Payment Options

For your convenience, LiveLoveLife accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express (Amex) or Discover via Paypal.  Please note that you are not required to have a Paypal account to make a payment.  When you get to the "Complete Order" screen during the checkout process and hit "Confirm Order," you will be redirected to www.paypal.com to pay with your credit card and complete the order.  Making payments through PayPal is safe as it is a secured website.

General Shipping Information

We appreciate your business and want to make sure that we ship your items as soon as possible and with care.  LiveLoveLife offers several different shipping methods to meet your needs.  Our preferred carriers are Federal Express (Fed Ex) and the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Calculation of Shipping Costs

The total shipping costs for all packages are calculated by adding the handling fee to the cost to ship the item.  Note that the handling fee associated with packaging and shipping your item may vary.  The cost of shipping is determined by the shipping company.

Packaging

Please note that we take great care in packaging and shipping your item.  Depending on the type of item that you purchased, some packaging requirements may be more detailed than other packaging requirements.  Therefore, the handling fee associated with packaging and shipping your item may vary. 

Shipping Within the United States

Currently, LiveLoveLife only ships items within the United States. LiveLoveLife ships most products using Priority mail or First Class mail. We use Express delivery for perishable Great Taste products. The Great Taste products ship separately from the Creative Solutions (e.g., greeting cards) products.

Please allow 2 to 3 days for processing time from the date you receive confirmation of your order.

Great Taste

When you select your Great Taste product, you will note that the shipping method is stated as “standard.”  Standard shipping means that your order will be shipped Express/Overnight delivery, or the equivalent of Express/Overnight delivery, depending on which shipping company is used.  Note that the Great Taste items are perishable and certain shipping restrictions apply.  The only method of shipping available for the Great Taste products is Express shipping. 

Please allow 2 to 3 calendar days for processing time from the date you receive confirmation of your Great Taste order.  Please allow 3 to 5 calendar days for large orders (e.g., orders which include more than 40 items).  Great Taste items will not be delivered on Saturday.  All Great Taste items require signature proof of delivery.

Also note that we are unable to ship cupcakes at this time. 

Creative Solutions

When you select your Creative Solutions product (e.g., a Greeting Card Service Plan), you will note that the shipping method is stated as “standard.”  Standard shipping means that your order will be shipped First Class mail, or the equivalent of First Class mail, depending on which shipping company is used.  In rare instances a faster shipping method, for example Priority or Express mail, can be requested.  LiveLoveLife will add the difference between the cost of First Class mail and the faster method of shipping to your order.

Please allow 2 to 3 days for processing time from the date you receive confirmation of your Creative Solutions order.  All greeting cards and related items require signature proof of delivery.

Refund Policy

LiveLoveLife will not provide cash refunds.

Great Taste products consist of baked goods and these products are perishable.  Due to the fact that the products are perishable, all Great Taste orders and sales are final.

Most of the products associated with Creative Solutions are ordered for a specific person or occasion in mind.  For example, our specialty greeting cards almost always include a person’s name.  Therefore, because the items are typically custom ordered, all orders and sales associated with Creative Solutions are final.
